Ticket Prices & Policy

Only Regular Price Tickets will be available to you for online ordering. Discounted or Group(10+) tickets must be purchased through our Box Office (828-689-1239).

ONLINE ORDERS:  FEES of $2.50 -$3.00 will apply for each ticket in your ONLINE ticket purchase and will be itemized on your "invoice summary" at the top of the page where you input your credit card information.  These fees DO NOT go to SART; they go to the ticketing company Etix for their service.  “Delivery” fees are additional and are only charged if you request tickets mailed to you.  You may call the SART Box Office (828-689-1239) for your purchase and the fee will be $1.00 per order.

No Refunds and Exchanges.

You may donate unused tickets and receive a tax deductible receipt for their cash value by turning the tickets into the Ticket Office at least one hour prior to the ticketed performance. All patrons, including children, regardless of age must have a ticket and sit in a seat. No babes in arms.

Service Fees: There is a $1 processing fee for all phone orders.

Receiving Your Tickets: Phone orders will be available at will-call. If you request to have your tickets mailed, there is a $2 mailing fee.

Box Office Hours (May 27 - June 27 / July 6 - Aug 22):
Closed Mondays
Tuesdays: 12:00noon to 5:00pm
Weds - Sat: 12:00noon to 8:00pm*
Sundays: 1:00pm to 3:00pm
*Weds & Thurs with 2:30pm matinees: 12:00noon to 5:00pm

 

Late Seating: Latecomers will be seated by the House Manager at an artistically appropriate time in a designated late-seating area. (Hint: our performances do tend to start on time).

Copyright & Recording: The use of sound, video or photographic recording equipment during performances is prohibited at all times.

Cell Phones, Pagers & Smoking: Please turn off all electronic devices (such as pagers and cell phones) before entering the Theatre. Smoking is prohibited.

Children at Performances: Performances are not geared towards the enjoyment of pre-school age children, therefore we ask discretion in bringing young children. Our shows have ratings (show details). No babes in arms.

Patrons with Special Needs: We wish to make our activities accessible. If you have disability-related needs, please contact us. The earlier we hear from you, the better able we will be to accommodate your needs. In addition, please note the following:

* Mobility impaired patrons may be dropped off directly in front of the Performing Arts Theater; a limited number of adjacent handicapped parking places are available on a first come, first served basis.
* A limited number of assisted listening devices will be available. Please request these devices when placing your ticket order.
